Goal
After participating in the FastTrack-Workshop ENGAGE+ participants have a comprehensive understanding of the meaning and functioning of public participation. They are able to design and implement effective participation processes by considering inclusivity, quality principles and success factors. They are familiar with new technologies and know how to use them in a goal-oriented and integrated way and address challenges in this context. Participants are able to turn those affected into participants and are empowered to anchor participation as an integral part of development processes. Through the workshop, they have the necessary knowledge to exert a positive influence on decision-making processes in their organisations and to promote a future-oriented, participatory approach.

Target Audience
Founders, managers and employees in public and private organisations who are interested in participation or involved in the conception, implementation and evaluation of participation processes. People who are interested in developing their participation skills and promoting collaboration.
Format
Interactive workshop at your organisation site or in our workshop room for 2-30 people. Also available hybrid and online.
Duration
8 sessions of 90 minutes each in 2 or 4 days.
Design
In order to achieve the best learning outcome and maximise the practical benefit for the participants, different learning formats are used. It is of course possible to adapt the content and methods to the individual requirements of your organisation and your employees.
