Establishing good governance - shaping cooperation - strengthening trust
Goal
After participating in the FastTrack-Workshop TRUST+ participants have a deep understanding of the importance of good governance, multi-stakeholder participation and open government. They recognise the central value of transparency, trust and open governance in the design of public institutions and processes. Participants are able to design effective and inclusive open government strategies and policies based on proven principles and quality assurance measures. With a comprehensive insight into the principles and practices of good governance, they are able to recognise and use the potentials of open data, transparent decision-making processes and citizen:centred approaches. With the knowledge they acquire, they are empowered to drive change towards a transparent, open and participatory organisation. Through the workshop, they acquire the skills and knowledge to strengthen governance structures, foster collaboration between different stakeholders and support a future-oriented, open approach to administration.

Target Audience
Managers and officers in public institutions who would like to deepen their knowledge in the areas of good governance, transparency and open government, or who are involved in the conception, implementation and evaluation of measures and strategies in these areas or would like to be involved in the future. In addition, people who work at the interfaces of public administration and would like to strengthen the cooperation between the public sector and private institutions.
Format
Interactive workshop at your organisation site or in our workshop room for 2-30 people. Also available hybrid and online.
Duration
6 sessions of 90 minutes each in 2 or 3 days.
Design
In order to achieve the best learning outcome and maximise the practical benefit for the participants, different learning formats are used. It is of course possible to adapt the content and methods to the individual requirements of your organisation and your employees.
