My focus is on current issues in Public Governance, strategic management, innovation, participation and institutional change. The aim is to combine sound professional knowledge with concrete practical challenges and to create space for reflection, exchange and application.

My teaching formats combine conceptual foundations with practical applications and the experience of participants.
Depending on the topic and target group, I use case studies, discussions, simulations and practice-oriented exercises. The aim is not only to impart knowledge, but to enable participants to apply it to concrete challenges in their own work and organisations.

Formats Tailored to Your Organisation
Depending on the objective, formats can be designed as compact workshops, multi-part professional development programmes or individually developed teaching formats.
Sessions can be delivered in person, online or in hybrid formats, in German or English. Content, scope and methods are adapted to the target group, participants’ prior knowledge and the organisational context.
