As an independent advisor, I draw on over 15 years of experience in organizational development, strategic management, innovation, and participation \u2013 combining these into an integrated approach that is grounded in expertise, guided by practice, and tailored to real needs.
I support change processes through consulting, project management, capacity building, and evaluation \u2013 on a short- or long-term basis, strategic or operational. Depending on the context, I collaborate with a trusted network of national and international partners.
